I have been proudly representing law enforcement officers for over 15
years. As a Texas Peace Officer myself for over 20 years, I am familiar
with the complex issues facing police officers today. I have responded
to hundreds of officers involved shootings, custody deaths, and other
duty related critical incidents.
Throughout my career I have vigorously defended hundreds of law
enforcement officers in administrative investigations, administrative
appeals, civil service hearings/arbitrations, TCLEOSE appeals, State and
Federal criminal investigations and jury trials, as well as State and
Federal civil cases and appeals.
I have successfully defended officers who were charged with official oppression, criminally negligent homicide, tampering with government documents, perjury, assault, sexual allegations and other offenses that can arise in the course of law enforcement.
I am available 24 hours a day, just as you are expected to be.
